Returns & Refunds policy

At Held in the Process, our mission is to create Scripture-centered digital resources that encourage, equip, and support women in their walk with Christ. Because our products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All products sold through Held in the Process—including but not limited to:

  • E-books

  • PDF downloads

  • Digital journals

  • Workbooks

  • Bible studies

  • Printable resources

  • Templates

  • Courses and other downloadable content

are non-returnable and non-refundable once your purchase has been completed.

By purchasing a digital product from Held in the Process, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product that cannot be returned.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.

  • You did not receive your digital product due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

  • A purchase was made in error and the digital product has not yet been downloaded or accessed (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Incorrect Orders

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you accidentally purchase the wrong digital product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.
